This study was done to investigate the rational and experiential thinking preferences and its relationship with their decision making styles. The rational and experimental thinking patterns were observed with the Pacini, R., & Epstein, S. (1999) Rational-Experiential Inventory, which measures rational (ability and engagement) and experiential (ability and engagement) thinking styles. Further the decision making styles were observed with Leon Mann, Radford, and Kalucy (1986) decision making styles inventory which assess vigilance, hyper vigilance, defensive avoidance, procrastination, buck passing, and rationalization of their decisions.
