Abstract

A digit1al blind watermarking technique is an alternative method to protect the intellectual property of digital images. This paper presents a hybrid blind watermarking technique formulated by combing Arnold transform and DWT. Watermark embedding locations are determined using modified entropy of the host image. Watermark embedding is a employed  by examining the orthogonal matrix U obtained from the hybrid scheme RDWT-SVD. In this scheme, the watermark image is binary format is scrambled by Arnold chaotic map to provide extra security. Our scheme is tested under different types of signal processing and geometric attacks. The test results demonstrate that the proposed scheme provides higher robustness and less distortion than other existing schemes. This method can be extended further by embedding the two images in an original image using Arnold transform . This method involves the best way to embed the images in one single image which increases the embedding rate.
