Abstract

All company may have the same customer satisfaction but there are different options to engage the
customers. After four basic aspects of sustainable relationship between marketers and customers viz. value
creation, customer satisfaction, trust building and retention customer satisfaction and agreement have
emerged as the key driver for sustaining market challenges and accomplishing long term success.
Satisfaction and emotional attachment lead to good will and trust, and when these arecombine , it leads to
engagement. customer satisfaction is a very general phenomenon, achieving engagement is further a bit
difficult to fulfil practices, careful implementation and flawless adaptation of ever changing market .
Companies try various activities to keep punters intact in order to avail their need, fulfilment with more
expectations, changing choices, available alternatives and information availability.
