The issue of Food Security under the Patent Laws: An Analysis

The paper seeks to provide a fundamental understanding of one of the most hotly discussed/ debated topics at International level. Patent laws and food security in all its aspects.

Hunger is a weighty outrage to human dignity and human rights. It is an elementary limitation to progress, flues disagreement and fault, diminishes output and also shortens the life span. At the inception of green revolution, no deliberation had taken place regarding part which patent laws might play in agriculture modernization. It is largely the advent of new biotechnology foundation upon genetic engineering which impetuous patent laws into the arena of Food Security.
