Abstract

Analytics is going to be a game changer in organisations. Time and accuracy play utmost important role in organisations now days. Some of the organisations started using analytics and reaping the benefits of it. Human resource department in organisation started using the analytics to accurately predict the behavioural aspect of employees in the system. Decisions in the organisations about people has significant role in the smooth functioning of it. Keeping in mind this paper is trying to understand the role of analytics in the practices of human resource management and how it will be beneficial for the development of an organisation.
