Abstract

Employee Welfare is the concept that is very important for the Employees in the Transport sector to work effectively, which leads to an increase the productivity in the organization.In contrast to this personal job satisfaction approach, most researchers are impressed with the social or group significance of morale. The study focused on the factors that influence statutory Welfare measures in the organization and their opinion concerning demographic variables. One hundred employees of KSRTC is considered as sample units.All organization tends to improve the statutory welfare measure that will have a positive effect on job satisfaction.Every organization tends to strengthen the regulatory welfare measures that influence the employees of satisfaction in the Transport sector.In this paper, the researcher had given suggestions to improve the Welfare facilities of the Employees to enhance the productivity of the Transport sector.
