Abstract

Globally, governments and companies spend billions yearly on performance appraisal system. This study sought to establish the effects of performance appraisal on individual performance focusing on Private sector banks. The main objective of this study was to establish the effects of performance appraisal system on individual performance in the selected private sector banks focusing on branches in Rajasthan.
