“Study the level of teacher’s accountability in teachers of different secondary schools”

Abstract

This paper attempts to explore the level of teachers accountability of different secondary schools.We know that education plays an important role in the progress of a person as well as of society. In this paper level of teachers accountability regarding their organization, principal, pupils, class room teaching, colleagues and society have been taken in consideration. The sample consists of 100 teachers teaching in different secondary schools of rural and urban areas of Rampur distt. It is found that level of accountability of female teachers of secondary schools of urban area is more than male teachers. No difference is found in level of accountability of male teachers of secondary schools of rural and urban areas. No difference is found in level of accountability of female teachers of secondary schools of rural and urban areas. And no difference is found in level of accountability of female and male teachers of secondary schools of rural areas.
