Abstract

The current research study offering a normative framework for the way Information technology organizations work by adopting blended Human resource practices. However, the normative framework model is based on research related to the standard HR practice model in organizations. Thus, the suggested model in the current research provides an alternative solution to the identified issues of HR practices in specific organizations. Somehow, the suggestive Normative Framework will apply to all types of Information Technology organizations. In the undertaken research, the normative framework has been framed after doing a detailed research within46 well known IT organizations of Udaipur, Rajasthan. Certainly, the data has been collected through structured questionnaires from HR managers and employees. The suggested model will contribute to the increasing growth of IT organizations with efficient HR management. Moreover, the normative model will show how Blended HR practices effectively work for enhancing the organization's growth. Therefore, the suggestive framework provides a framework for IT organizations that are capable to implement sound HR practices for the growing IT industries in the new millennium. Finally, the researcher also puts light on the importance of the Normative Framework of HR practices in developing IT organizations.
