Abstract

The research paper Business Ethics: A Need of the Hour is an attempt to look at the ethical concerns that the business houses as well as the managers need to follow so as to make business not just any human activity, but one which makes one feel that business is not only about profit making but also about building trust, building social awareness as well as looking forward to a sustainable world. The paper seeks to probe all these and much more aspects of Business Ethics to manifest how it is the need of the present circumstances and how without it the world cannot think of prospering and sustaining any further.
