Abstract

As the number of diseases are increasing day by day in either in number or in the type of diseases. Also the people sometimes don’t have a record of their previous medical history. So there is a need to keep the medical history of a person so that in further complications in his life or any ailment the people’s medical be checked by the doctors for the better treatment of the person. So, in this research paper such a technique for the maintaining the medical history of the people has been proposed. In this medical history the medical related treatment or anything like even purchase of medicine will be listed or kept as record. This technique will really help to bring the hospitals, medical stores, chemist shops, medical practitioners will be under the ambit of the government, tax authorities and further other department for the document preparation of a person will depend on this medical history. Insurance companies will also take advantage of this medical history.
