Critical Approach to Minimum Wages Mandate with Its Impact on Employment Rights

Abstract

This paper intends to peruse and critique the difficulty of practicing the rights while being employed a labour force in private sector. While assessing through the lens of prescribed minimum wages law, due to some factors the employer is not able to afford the same, causing loss of jobs among the labour/wager sector. Secondly, it also discusses how the minimum wage aspect is being exploited.
