WOMEN EMPLOYEES IN PRIVATE BANK OF NORTHERN INDIA

Abstract

Literacy ratio of Indian women is growing every year. Not only in
government job but also in private job women are competing to their male
collogue. With better performance women are getting promotion in private
bank but as we know in the way of fulfillment of different responsibilities
working women life are getting stressful. In private job, stress is a common
problem. Women employees in private banks are facing a lot of challenges in
their professional life. The study attempts to find out the cause of stress and
responsible factors to improve work life balance of working women in private
bank.
