RICE HUSK ASH IN FERROCEMENT CONCRETE
This paper emphasis to study and compare the Flexural behaviour of Ferrocement slabs made by using cement and partially burned rice husk ash with constant layers of meshes. Ferrocement slabs are casted, evaluated and compared under two point loading system. The result shows that RHA can be replaced partially with cement in ferrocement concrete up to 30% without compensating its strength parameters. The main objective of this research is to find the capability of ferrocement slabs when partially replaced with rice husk ash as alternative for cement without compensating its conventional capability parameters.
