IoT based Railway Track Accident Prevention

Abstract

Now-a-days plenty of accidents are occurring in railway tracks due to carelessness in driving vehicles especially during morning and evening rush hours and trespassers using mobile phones  while crossing tracks. So here through this paper, we give an attention to the trespassers about the arrival of the train before certain distance based on Internet of Things (IoT). The notion of this paper is to ensure the safety of the people to avoid the accidents occurring in the railway tracks by giving them an alert signal in two ways: Android application and proposed system. This application and our proposed system can also be used all over the world. Especially the application can be installed in all mobile phones for efficient use.
