A STUDY ON BUSINESS TO CUSTOMER SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING STRATEGIES WITH REFERENCE TO MEENAKSHI CARGO FORWARDERS PRIVATE LIMITED
Business to customer deals with the marketers approach to the consumers for presenting their services, for that the service provider must identify the target customers from the whole population and must fulfil the expectations of the customers to bring the company to next level and build the relationship with the customers. The main purpose is to study the effective methods used by the social media marketing to promote the Meenakshi cargo forwarders company services. Through this project, the researcher want to analyze the brand awareness about improvement in relationship building with customer through publishing leads in social media related Meenakshi Cargo Forwarders. Responses were collected through a structured questionnaire for this project. A sample of 110 respondents opinion has taken for the study. The collected data were consolidated and interpreted by using statistical tools like percentage analysis and statistical analysis are used for representation purpose. The research brings the information about the sample population activities and the respondents engagement towards social media. Through this analysis, it is inferred that social media marketing has brought major difference in the field of marketing and the social media networks have become powerful tool for promoting the brands. We recommend using high traffic web page network platform to publish their advertisements which will bring more customers to the business. Based on the findings suitable suggestions have been given to the management.
