A STUDY ON RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION PROCESS WITH REFERENCE TO ALLSEC TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract

An aim of the project is to study on Recruitment and Selection Process in Allsec Technologies and to find out the perception of the Recruitment and Selection process undergone by an employee. The main objective of this project is to study on Recruitment and Selection process with reference to Allsec Technologies. To identify the factors of recruitment and selection process. To identify an average time spent for selection process. The primary data was collected through questionnaire and the secondary data was collected through books,internet,etc.The data was collected by questionnaire with the sample size of 80 through probability sampling (Stratified Random Sampling) and analysis had done with the help of SPSS Software. Through findings, it is found that most of them are satisfied with the rounds of interview conducted and most of the candidates dont know about the company policies before joining in the company. The time has to be reduced during the recruitment and selection process.
