A STUDY ON RECRUITEMENT AND SELECTION PROCESS
Abstract
The research is carried out to understand the recruitment and selection in the company. The objective of conducting this study to evaluate and asses the factors that affecting recruitment and selection and also evaluate the effectiveness of various recruiting technique of recruitment. For this purpose, 121 respondents were taken as many as sample for the necessity of collecting information. The study is a descriptive type and convenient sampling is used. The data are collected from survey using questionnaire method. The collected data were consolidated and interpreted by using statistical tools like percentage analysis and statistical analysis for representation purpose. This particular research is useful for employees who work in the organization and in the same way, it helps to the HR department for making necessary changes inrecruitment process and such related aspects and further it will also help the organization to achieve itsgoal.
