A STUDY ON THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS WITH REFERENCE TO DORMAKABA INDIA LTD
The study on Employee Recruitment Process at Dormakaba India ltd, the word recruitment has improved closer to turning into as a calculated of human asset capital for the numerous associations. Recruitment is the process of searching for prospective employees and stimulating them to apply for jobs in the organization. The Recruitment process is keenly monitored by the organization because it provides the advance growth for the organization. In today's rapidly changing business environment, organizations have to respond quickly to requirements for people. The main objective is to identify general practices that organizations use to recruit and select employees and, to determine how the recruitment and selection practices affect organizational outcomes at architectural and hardware industry, in Dormakaba India ltd. Successful recruitment practices are key components at the entry point of human resources in any organization. The research was done using both primary and secondary data. Primary data was done by questionnaire method. The statistical tools used here is One-way ANOVA, Chi-square, Regression results were obtained from percentage method. The research findings reveal that recruitment follows best recruitment and selection process and they are satisfied with the organizational recruitment policy.
