A STUDY ON EMPLOYEE’S ENGAGEMENT TOWARDS SOUTHERN HEALTH FOODS PVT LTD

Abstract

Employee engagement is the level of commitment and involvement an employee has towards their organization and its values. The research is carried out to understand the engagement of employees towards the organization. My objectives are to present the status of employees mind towards the organization that they are satisfied with the company policies aware of their role as well as their company role. For this purpose, 89 respondents were taken as sample for the study in order to get the needed information. The study is a descriptive type and convenient sampling method is used. The data are collected from survey using questionnaire method. The collected data were consolidated and interpreted by using statistical tools like percentage analysis and statistical analysis are used for representation purpose. The research is useful for employers in the organization to analyze their employees needs to achieve the perspectives of the company.
