A STUDY ON EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT IN TECHMINDS GROUP LLC.

Abstract

The research is carried out to understand the employee engagement on Techminds group LLC. The objective is to find how employees engagement in work , the relationship between employee and the management and the level of involvement in the work and workplace.For this purpose, 108 respondents were taken as sample for the study in order to get the needed information.The study is a descriptive type and convenient sampling is used.The data are collected from survey using questionnaire method.The data are collected from survey using questionnaire method. The collected data were consolidated and interpreted by using statistical tolls like percentage analysis and statistical analysis are used for representation purpose. This research is useful for find the exact employee engagement and the behavior of the employees within the organization.
