Retaining the highly skilled workforce has become a key concern for many organizations in good as well as bad times provided the importance of these human resources to companys success and survival. Thus employee engagement determines the association of person with the organization. The study helps to know the level of engagement in Reliance Retail. This sector provides more opportunity for job enhancement but retaining employees are one of the most challenging issues for the retail sector, because of high turnover and low performance. Understanding what drives employee engagement illuminates the path leaders to enhance employee retention in their organizations.
