Abstract

The study conducted on the Effectiveness of Recruitment process at Hyundai Motor India Ltd, explains the existing recruitment & selection process and various factors involved in it. Human resource is a term used to describe the individuals who comprise the workforce of an organization. Recruitment forms a major part of an organization overall resourcing strategies, which identifies and secures people needed for the organization to survive and succeed in the short to medium-term. The research adopts a survey approach where self-administered questionnaires were issued to gather data from the employees to measure their opinions of the Recruitment process. In this study Descriptive research is used to depict the participants in an accurate way. The data is collected through both primary and secondary data. In primary data a questionnaire has been structured. In secondary data is called company record, books, web site for the organization. The statistical tools used here is chi-square, correlation. It is being suggested that the current recruitment process utilized in the organization is effective and it will be more effective if it is less consuming.
