Abstract

This study focuses on the share volatility in the banking sector which raises capital of the organization. A share is one unit into which the total share capital is divided. Each share forms a unit of ownership and is offered for sale so as to raise capital for the company. Face value of a share is the par value of the share. When total capital of a company is divided into shares, then it is called as share capital. This share value increases or decreases according to market condition. In this study the details based on the secondary data. It helps to identify the factors in a companys success or failure. The data are being analyzed and arrived at findings and suggestions to measure the efficiency of the share value. Risk is involved everywhere but high risk contains but in this it changes minute to minute there will always be changes happens in the market. This study tells about the risk involved in the stock market of the banking sector.
