Research Article :Development And Evaluation Of Disopyramide Phosphate Liposomes Mouth Dissolving Drug Delivery System By Ethanol Injection Method

Abstract

Liposomes drug delivery systems of DISOPYRAMIDE PHOSPHATE (DSP) were successfully
formulated by ethanol injection method. DSP Liposomes mouth dissolving tablets were formulated by
direct compression method. A 32 FFD was applied out of the Liposomes drug delivery systems DSP
nine formulations developed, the results conclude that F9 is the best formulation and optimize the
drug release profile. The optimize batch was obtained in F9 shows satisfactory results w.r.t.
Liposomes evaluation parameters and sustained Drug release properties. Ultimately DSP Liposomes
formulated with better controlled and targeted drug delivery with higher solubility and therefore
provide better absorption, improved bioavailability, and reduction in side effects which lead to a
patients complaint product.
