A Study on Job Satisfaction of Women Employees of The Kalyan Janata Sahakari Bank

Abstract

The latest research focuses on woman workers of the Kalyan Janta Sahkari bank in Maharashtra. This
thesis was used for descriptive test architecture. The statement career satisfaction is still conceptualized in
several respects. Job satisfaction reflects on all the thoughts a person has about his work. Organizational
behavioral research has taken on board the premise that individuals who show their highest satisfaction in
their work are generally much more successful, engage themselves more and will not leave as workers
with much less satisfaction. Nevertheless, the word work satisfaction is not obvious, because the person
who described it differently does not. There are, however, several variables which decide the degree of
job satisfaction. In the entity, company and the whole economy, the banking sector plays a key role, and
the research is thus most relevant. There are plenty of issues with workers' work satisfaction. There are a
number of public and private banks in this region, where a listed number of women staff work side by
side with the number of men.
