Public Prosecutors and Victim’s Representation: A Critical Analysis

Abstract

This article describes the critical study of the role of the public prosecutor  and victims  representation in the criminal justice administration system . Pertaining with the first part of the introduction part of the victim and the Public Prosecution existing difficulties in India role of prosecutor and second part victim representation and the private prosecution and also the critical study of private prosecution, and also the suggestions related to the critical study of the role of the prosecutor and victims representation in criminal justice administration.
