Abstract

Satisfaction is a phrase frequently used in promotion to measure how products and services
supplied by a company meet or surpass worker expectation. Satisfaction is defined as "the number of
percentage of total workers, whose reported experience with a firm, its products, or its services
exceeds particular satisfaction goals."
Logistics as a service industry is integral to supply chain management. The term logistics is
much broader in scope. It encompasses the actions related to the physical movement of goods, both
upstream and downstream activities, and the management of the relationships with suppliers and
