Abstract

In our daily life, almost all of us must have been acquainted with the issue of dishonor of cheque
or cheque bounce, due to the insufficiency of funds or mismatch of signature or overwriting etc. Whatever
may be the reason of dishonour of cheque, it causes a great inconvenience to the parties. The cases of
dishonour of cheques take a very long time to get disposed of and the money of the person concerned gets
stuck in it. Thats why, it has become a very big problem and growing day by day.
