Teachers Role about Pursuance of Value Education in All Educational Institutions during Contemporary Epoch

Abstract

PURPOSE: The study aims at establishing the educators role in promoting value based knowledge in most of the educational foundations. The study also aims at identifying how spiritualistic education can be imparted along with modern materialistic education and how a parity can be maintained between the two. There must be a blend between the two.

METHODOLOGY/APPROACH: No sampling technique was adopted in this educational research design. Some school and college teachers personal opinion was taken into consideration about how holistic pattern of education can be redrafted in learning centers to provide a study about basic principles of life and how modern society can be saved from the notorious crimes which has disrupted its moral structure. Some other research paper ideas have been collected to make the educational institutions as role model of the students. Some prophetic gurus like Swami Vivekananda laid down principles of value based learning has been accorded utmost priority.

Findings: The study endorsed the previous researches on educational leadership and its impact on effective institutions management. The lucrative point of the study is all about prevalence of the Gurukul system of education in the Vedic period and how it can be related to contemporary pattern of education to impart holistic learning. The outstanding feature of the study is Blooms taxonomy in the case of higher education and its role in promoting value education through extensive deeper learning . Another  notable aspect of the assignment is internationalization and westernization of value education through the help of strategic alliance and foreign collaborations and free flow of teachers and students across the globe. Next  pivotal point is how charismatic leadership in education centers helps to create dynamic leaders of tomorrow so as to ensure perfect co-operation and co-ordination in accomplishing organizational objectives.

PRACTICAL IMPLICATIONS: The study has far reaching implications to all the future stakeholders may be college sophomore, university readers and other school teachers and principals who want their learners to mould their characters  and also in conducting further experimental study to provide synergy in education and last in transforming  better citizens of tomorrow.

ORIGINALITY/VALUE: The experimental study is the first of its kind in India where the older concepts are splendidly presented sequentially to provide another dimension of value education among the hub of   younger generations.
