Abstract

In a modern era, Teaching has emerged as one of the growing demanding profession and categorized as most symbolic occupation which can draw inspiration in this world. Nowadays, Schools generally considered as a vital organization like any other organizations in society. Generally teaching is studied as stressful profession by many admiring teachers. Due to growing learning reforms, the "Occupational Stress" among School teachers now become even further pertinent all through modern years. Upgrading several new expertise along with enhancement of information are key requirements for teachers to execute the few innovative task with perfection at their workplace. Some main features, prospect by tutor along with requirements of education developments somehow considered even further worrying which possibly will comprise some positive at the same time some destructive outcome amongst themselves and strange relationship amid students. The main cause of "Occupational Stress" amid school teachers is ecological in addition to individuality. There are several key ecological elements that can be directly liable for "Occupational Stress" amid teachers include gender inequality, lack of resources, improper work conditions, intense workloads and targets, fear of employment, reduced grade pay along with role of student activities. The focus of the present research mainly discover the major causes for "Occupational Stress" amid primary school teachers in Delhi. The findings of current research will unfold various levels of "Occupational Stress" that generally practiced by primary school teachers in Delhi.
