A Review Study On Green Human Resource Management Initiatives And Their Implications

Abstract

The concept of Green HR as of date was interpreted as going paperless office and having green environmental awareness drives through motivational cycle drive! Nevertheless today it has been a topic of research and much about it has been already proposed and executed across the globe. The   incorporation  of  both   Human  resource  and  Environmental  management where   HRM   policies are  mainly used  to enhance    the  environmental sustainability and   the  best   use  of the  resources. It   can   be  achieved   by   making  use  of  a  lot  of  the  practices  that   will   impact  the  entire   human   resource  management. These practices  includes several  activities   that   have   to  be  performed  with  the  utmost   care  to    make  full use of it. The main    three   phases   to  achieve  it  are :   Green  abilities development, Green  Employee  motivation, the  supply  of  the  best   green  opportunities. Green abilities mainly achieve the selection, training and the development. The   management  of  the performance, serving  the  payment  and  the  kind  of  non-monetary  benefits  such  as appraisal   is  covered  under the  motivating  phase. The  last  phase   consist  of   a  wide   variety  of   activities   that  will  generate  the  outcome  of  it. The  involvement  of   various   employee, empowering  and  doing  engagement in  the  activities, the   cultural   support, Union   role  in  Employee management  are included in  it. Better employee engagements indulgent results into efficient and optimal human resource management.
