Abstract

Life in the 21ist Century is infinitely far more complex than it has ever been.  We were never planned to live in this complex, recent world with its many burden on us.  We exist in a crowded, raucous society that we frequently refer to as the rat race. In this rat race we forgot about our Health as well as healthy habits. These minor lacking affected our Physical, Psychological as well as physiological health. So, the researcher has taken the study to find out the relationship of hemoglobin percentage and exhale capacity, VO2 Max, competitive anxiety and aggression separately. The researcher estimated the data of the variables from male college students of Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University Campus of Amravati District, Maharashtra. For fulfilling the purpose the researcher has taken 50 students of academic departments under the age group of 20-24 years by Simple random sampling method. The researcher has taken the data by using some physiological tests and questionnaires and the collected raw data is analyzed statistically by using the Product moment Co-relation. The level of significance was set at 0.05. At the end it is found that there is no significant relationship between Haemoglobin percentage and exhale capacity, VO2Max,  anxiety and aggression separately.
