Abstract

Nowadays, several companies are conscious that the success of their company largely depends on their human capital rather than that of the financial capital. However, it means that the success of the company is not prejudiced by the capital or technology that is being used by the company but it is based more on the information, talents, and conduct of the employee of an organization. If the employees of the organization are motivated then it can lead to enhanced productivity as well as it can also permit an organization for achieving the higher levels of output. Motivated employees can provide superior performance as well as can help the company in becoming more effective, operational and modest. In the hospitality sector, employees need to work for long times and also needs to be concentrated on servicing their customer. Thus it becomes very essential to make sure that the employees of such sectors are motivated. For increasing the motivation of the employees, organisations need to understand all those elements that can make employees motivated. Further, this research also provides some general understanding in the area of motivation as well as enhances the future researcher in understanding the elements that can inspire the employees.
