A Study of Emotional Intelligence and Adjustment of Secondary School Students

Abstract

            Present research investigated emotional intelligence and adjustment of secondary school students context to their Gender, Area and school type. Nine hypotheses established with the help of the objectives and variables for this study. 348 boys and 244 girls total 592 students of std-8 and std-9 selected by stratified random sampling. Emotional Intelligence Scale and Adjustment Inventory used for the data collection. Mean S.D and t-value calculated for the testing hypothesis.
