Role of Value Based Management Education in India, Issues, Challenges and Implementation

Abstract

In India, the education system of ancient time was very prosperous, at that time there is a great focus was given on the value based education in which the skills are developed in the students along with that the teaching abilities are also increased and the intellectual level is raised to gain the knowledge of cultural heritage and awareness of liabilities for their nation with the process of learning. India has adopted this base of education system from the British who had also given us the system of economy, judicial system, system of administration and the parliamentary system. Good values are developed in an individual, in the society and even in the nation with the help of value based education. Institutes of higher education are adopting different sources and practices in order to provide value based management education to their students. Students are taught to believe themselves and take the moral decisions at different stages of their life with the help of value based education system.
