Preparation and Electrical Bistability Studies on GeTe Memory Devices

Abstract

Electrical characteristics is one of the major study to analyse the behaviour of the material and the performance of the memory device. Electrical bistablity is property of the device shown by the materials used in the memory applications. Thin films are used for making memory device. Thin films used in memory device are advantageous because of the low cost and large area device that can be easily achieved. Memory device has grown a wide range of importance as it finds a great deal of applications in the world of advancing technology.
