Abstract

Abstract: Commercial is a Very useful part of marketing communication which aims at increasing awareness about products and services and convincing the target audience to take their buying decision. The Commercials influence the buying behaviour to a greater extent. This paper investigates the impact of Commercials on consumer behaviour with reference to Led Tvs as Led Tvs are in vogue today and people purchase Led Tvs very frequently. The study is performed in Patiala city of Punjab. The sample of the Study is 300 Respondents. The major findings of the study are that Commercials are influencing consumer buying behaviour. Family and friends are the main motivational factors motivating buying decision of consumers. This study will help the companies to know the effectiveness of their Commercials in this era of competition.
