A Study of Professional Stress of Teacher Educator in College of Education Impact on Their Work Orientation

Abstract

In the present study studied that the professional stress of teacher educators its impact on their work orientation in college of education in the region of Amravati. In this study normative survey method was use for the respective data collection of teacher educators working in various college of education in Amravati region. Sample of this study has been use cluster method and selected the 350 teacher educators in D.Ed and B.Ed colleges in respective area for this study. Professional stress and work orientation tool use for data collection its tools has been self constructed and standardized by investigator. Its study conclude that the type of college of education aided and non-aided & permanent non-aided and professional qualification of teacher educators is not significantly impact on their professional stress and work orientation but the professional stress of teacher educators is significantly impact on their work orientation its means that the those teacher professional stress is high its work orientation is low and those professional stress is low its work orientation is high.
