Abstract

Emotional intelligence (EI) is the talent to pinpoint, measure, and switch the reactions of oneself, of others, and of assemblies. Various models and definitions have been proposed of which the ability and trait EI models are the most widely accepted in the scientific literature. Now a- days emotional intelligence and emotional stability as well as emotional quotient plays a major role in the daily life in the private and public relationships. The purpose of this study is to know the routine activities of the respondents during their working hours and leisure time.  The finding reveals that the respondent has to know how to balance their family and their work.
