Abstract

Dengue is a fever generated by a virus family transmittedthrough mosquitoes. For malaria, chikungunya, dengue fever an effective measureare given by NilavembuKudineerChoornam is for all type of fever like. According to the Government of Tamilnadu, NilavembuKudineerChoornam is the best medicine for Dengue Fever (Nakkeeran et al., 2016). Various pharmacological possibilities and low side effects in the biological systems, medicinal plants are very popular in different traditional systems of medicines. Many studies available for using Carica Papaya (L.) leaves and Nilavembuchooranam including many pharmacological activities. A few reports were available on the qualitative and antibacterial activity of Carica Papaya (L.) Leaves and Nilavembuchooranam. The current study concentrated in order toanalyse the phytochemical and biochemical constituents of the plant Carica Papaya. (L.) leaves, antibacterial activity of the different extracts of the plant; observe the different functional compound using FTIR and qualitative examination of dissimilar extract of Carica Papaya (L.) leaves and Nilavembukudineerchoornam (GC-MS).
