Abstract

Health care services sector in India is driven by approximately 350 million average income people aspiring for quality health care services. The improvement in coverage, quality and access of health services depends on the incentives influencing users and providers and the way they are managed and organized.In India, growth rate in health care sector is moving along with Pharmaceutical and Software sector.

Quality of service in hospitals demands importance for ensuring patient care and brand reputation maintenance. The mission of Service Quality is to foster the well being of community perpetually.

The present study is based on primary data and the factors influencing service quality is evolved through Factor Analysis.
