Abstract

Over decades, Transformation of human resource management (HRM) has occurred significantly. The strong support of information technologies development in this field of knowledge area has changed the focal point from administrative management tasks to partner strategically the overall organization strategy. Information system has very much effect in the current management of human resource in organization because of the maximum usage in information system. It created a drastic change and big variation in the processes and application   of human resource (HR) within organization specifically by what means the information are collected, stored, used, and shared. Greater involvement of HR in the business strategy is mainly of processes efficiency of HRM and the impact of this service level improvement allowed. Changing role in business strategy creates significant changes to the function of Human Resource and to its professionals. On the other side, we also discuss the outcome of information systems in HRM, on the consideration of existing literature reviews and relate the benefits and limitations of using them. We also provide an insight on the functional areas of Human Resource Management, within organizations.
