DESIGN THINKING ON QUALITY OF WORK LIFE WITH REFERENCE TO MRF TYRE LIMITED

Abstract

This study is conducted on Quality of Work Life with reference to MRF Tyre limited.  The data are to be collected from both primary and secondary sources.  The technique used for the research is a Non-Probability Convenience sampling technique because participants are selected based on availability and willingness to take part.  The objectives of the study is to find out the balance between the personal and work related demands of the individual employee, to study about the work related factors of the employee Working environment Organizational culture and climate, to find out whether the competence of the employees in developing in the workplace and to suggest suitable measures to improve the quality of work life among employees.  The study concluded that the high turnover rate and absenteeism have happened in the company is mainly due to the reason of the employee insecurity about their job in the company and the compensation given to them.  Hence the MRF has to look after this factor in order to improve or enhance the quality of work life among its employees in the organization.
