Abstract

Supply chain management is a highly detailed system used by small and large organizations alike to get products to consumers, from obtaining raw materials, manufacturing and delivering the final product to the customers.  A well-organized supply chain management system involves optimizing operations functionality to be fast and efficient. In the current year, more than ever before, supply chain management has become an integral part of business and is essential to any branch of BASF India Ltd., companys success and customer satisfaction.  Supply chain management has the power to boost customer service, reduce operating costs and improve the financial standing of BASF India Ltd., company. Supply chain management is not only a process served to generate a cost reduction in the budget or a mission to create greater operational efficiencies within an organization.  The data are collected through questionnaire and the sampling technique is systematic random sampling technique.  For statistical analyses, SPSS-25 version used and Statistical tools like percentage analysis, ANOVA, Correlation, Chi-square and z test applied.  The findings were based on the Research hypothesis, demographic profile and various dimensions of Supply chain management.  Suggestions and Conclusion are based on these findings.  This paper focuses on the importance of designing and promoting Organization and employees performance in BASF India Ltd.
