Abstract

In present business facing a challenge task to recruit talented personnel and retain them to their business environment.  In an organization, talent requirement and management has emerged as a key strategic process in an organization. The concept of talent management is important to achieve the strategic objectives and long term success of an organization. Thus, enhanced competitiveness and globalization has transformed the regular process of human resource recruitment into talent acquisition. The talent management is the important tool to identify inherent talent of employees and improve their performance to attainment of organizational objectives. Talent management takes part in human resource planning, recruitment, performance management and frame employees reward system in the organization. The basic challenges of Human Resources Management (HRM) are resolved by the emerging talent management processes.
