Abstract

The success of any organization is highly dependent on how it attracts recruits, motivates and retains its workforce. Todays organization needs to be more flexible so that they are equipped to develop their workforce and enjoy their commitment.Therefore, organizations are required to adopt a strategy to improve the employees quality of work life (QWL) to satisfy both the organizational objectives and employee needs. This case lets discuss the importance of having effective quality of work life practices in organizations and their impact on employee performance and the overall organizational performance.Several notable factors that influence that influence quality of work life is Adequate and Fair Compensation; Safe and Healthy Working Conditions; Good Relationship with the Management etc.This report is formulated after a thorough research and is based on the information given by the company personnel and through questionnaire filled by the employees. In due course of my project I have visited the company and interacted with the people concerned. The study was based on the descriptive research design. The sampling design being used here is convenient sampling. The sample size 103 has been used. The tools being used for analysis and interpretation are percentage analysis and Chi-square test.
