Abstract

The present paper portrays that the changing phenomenon prevailed in the human resource policies in India. Social and business needs are satisfied with the help of research. Research findings are coined new suggestions to revamp and change in existing policies. The human resource management is a powerful and important department of any organization or setup of firms. The success of the organization is behind the HR policies. HR policy is the inclusion of organizational manuals for the employees provided under the Articles of Association. The law of company and other laws and Acts for the employees protections, such as labor law, wage, disputes, factories and the like are encompassed to govern the HR policies. The author has revealed many previous articles verbatim by many scholars and industrialists in the field of HR policy changes. The author has given a nutshell form about the evolution of HR, HR policies practiced in the worldwide in general, HR policies in India, recent initiatives, Latest Outdates, changes, and future initiatives. The author has concluded the changes in HR policies that will give a fruitful idea to revamp the HR policies existed at present. It will help the academician to update their knowledge in the field of HR.
