Abstract

Recent era the realm comprehends oodles inventions and development all over the world. This leads to the world round around the knowledge. The companies and institution will look forward towards knowledge. The knowledge management is arising to give the solution to the issue by self-sustaining the requirements. The technology advancement develops the people to know about the new thoughts but the applications part is complications. It needs people to share the knowledge to get work form them. This empirical study is made in the self-finance education institutions around the Thanjavur town 80 professors selected using simple random sampling. Descriptive research design adopted for the study to observe.
