A STUDY ON HR POLICIES AND ITS IMPACT ON EMPLOYEES OF CHEMICAL INDUSTRY

Abstract

Human resource management has a lot of challenges. The first one is the environmental challenges. Environmental challenges can occur as a consequence to the means of globalization means of production of goods and services. Environmental challenges can occur in the form of changes in environmental outlook in terms of mode and means of production of goods and services. Changes in political environment can cause environmental challenges in managing human resource management. In order to study the HR policies and practices in the selected the researcher has developed a set of questionnaire to test the impact of the same among the respondents of selected chemical industries. The post graduated employees tops the overall factors in the effectiveness of HR policies. Further, detail are discussed in the article.
